If you would like to reschedule a job you've posted, please contact ToDooly Support through the chat on our mobile app or by calling/texting us at (313) 777 - 8052.

Modifying:
To modify a job you've posted, please contact ToDooly Support through the chat on our mobile app or by calling/texting us at (313) 777 - 8052. Please note that if you would like to make any last-minute major changes to your job posting, such as increasing the number of Doers requested, we may have to reschedule your job.

Cancelling:
You can cancel your job by contacting ToDooly Support or through the ToDooly web app and mobile app. To access our web app, go to our website and click "Post a Job".
On the app, you go to "My Jobs". Once you are there, click the job you would like to cancel and then click on the three dots in the top right. Once you've clicked on the three dots, you will see a drop down menu with a "Cancel Job" option.

Please note: Cancellations within 4 hours or less may be subjected to a one hour charge ($30) per Doer to compensate them for their time.
