How the app works:
๐Ÿ“ข Get notifications when jobs get posted on the platform.
๐Ÿ” Read the details and description of the job.
โœ… Accept the job.
๐ŸคMessage the client, introduce yourself, & notify them you have accepted their job.
โฐ Arrive 5 min early and clock-in. (Wear proper attire and bring water!)
๐Ÿ’ชDo the job and clean-up after yourself and return tools where they belong.
โฐ Clock-out once you confirm with the client that the job is completed.
๐Ÿค‘ Get paid. (instant - 3 days)
๐Ÿ’ฌ Message our team via the app if you run into any issues.

Account set-up:
โœ… Once you complete & pass your orientation your account will be activated within 48 hours.
๐Ÿ“ Once activated, fill out additional profile information. (Bio, profile picture, etc)
๐Ÿฆ You need to set-up your payment information to get paid before you can view & accept jobs.

Accepting jobs:
๐Ÿ”” You will receive notifications as jobs get posted. (First come, first serve)
๐Ÿ“ฒ Click on the notification to view/accept the job.
๐Ÿ”Ž Only accept jobs once you have read the details and know you can do them for certain.
๐Ÿ’ช Accept jobs in which you meet the requirements. (e.g. "must be able to lift 50lbs+)
โš’๏ธ Clients are vetted and they will provide you tools you need to complete the job.
๐Ÿš— We do not reimburse for transportation unless there are special circumstances.

Messaging clients:
๐Ÿ’ฌ Once you accept a job, message the client to confirm the job and introduce yourself.
๐Ÿ˜Œ This puts the clients mind at ease that someone is coming.
๐Ÿ‘‹ Example: โ€œHi [client] my name is Jose and I will be helping you with [task] on [day] at [time]! Let me know if you have any questions."

Being punctual:
๐Ÿ“ˆ Being on time will start you down the right path to good ratings.
๐Ÿšซ Frequent lateness or requests to reschedule can lead to suspension or deactivation of your account.

Your Safety is #1:
๐Ÿค”Use your best judgement for the jobs you accept.
๐Ÿšช When you arrive at the job, if for any reason you do not feel safe, leave the location.
๐Ÿ†˜ Contact chat support so we can assist you. If it is an emergency please dial 911.

On the Job:
โฐ Arrive 5 min early and clock-in.
๐Ÿ’ฌ Let the client know you are there.
โœ… Speak with the homeowner and have them go over what they want done.
๐Ÿ“ต Work in a timely manner and avoid any distractions on the job.
๐Ÿค” Ask for feedback from the client and make sure they are satisfied.
๐Ÿงน Clean up after yourself and put the tools you used away.

After the job:
โฐ Clock-out once you have confirmed with the client that the job is completed.
๐Ÿ˜Š Rate your experience.

Makin' money...
๐Ÿ’ณ We collect payment for the job for you and deposit the money in your account right away. Tips are for you to keep.
๐Ÿ’ธOnce you receive money in your balance you will have two options:
Instant deposit (1.5% fee)
๐Ÿ“ฎStandard deposit (3-5 days, Free)

Job Cancellations + Rescheduling Jobs:
๐Ÿšซ Jobs may not be cancelled except in the case of an emergency. All cancellations will be reviewed.
๐Ÿ“ต Helpers that cancel accepted jobs last minute may lead to suspension from the platform.
๐Ÿ“… If a homeowner decides to reschedule with you, please let us know so we can make the appropriate updates.
๐Ÿ’ต If you show up to a job that was canceled last minute by the client you will be paid $15 for showing up.
๐Ÿ“ด No call/show's will be suspended from our platform.

You're an independent contractor, what does that mean for taxes?
๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Once you make over $600 with our platform we will send you a 1099 for you to file for taxes.

Understanding service areas:
๐Ÿ“ Jobs may not always be posted near you.
๐Ÿ—บ Message our team to receive doorknob-hangers to distribute them in neighborhoods.
๐Ÿ“Œ Why? There will be more jobs posted!
๐Ÿ’ฐ We will pay you $15/hr to distribute them.
