    Our Doers are young people from your neighborhood who have joined ToDooly so they can connect with their community while earning money on a flexible schedule. They are not professional landscapers, cleaners, etc. Many of our Doers are local college students and young professionals looking to advance their careers! In order to start working ToDooly jobs, our Doers have to go through our multi-step application process. This process includes a one-on-one video interview with a member of our teSome readers
  • Is it necessary to tip a Doer?
    Tips are always appreciated but never expected. Our extremely competitive prices could save you over half of what you originally planned to spend per project. If our Doers went above and beyond, which we encourage them to do, you are welcome to tip with cash and put a smile on their faces. Note: your payment for the job itself is handled through the ToDooly system. Please do not pay your Doers for the job in cash.   • How can I contact my Doer?
    You can communicate with your Doer(s) directly though the app! Once a Doer has accepted the job, you will be able to chat with them through the "Messages", tab on our web app and mobile app. To access the web app, go to our website and click "Post a Job".   • How do I reschedule or cancel a job request?
    If you would like to reschedule a job you've posted, please contact ToDooly Support through the chat on our mobile app or by calling/texting us at (313) 777 - 8052.   • What if my job runs over the time I scheduled?
    If your job is not completed within the time you scheduled, you may ask if your Doer(s) can stay and continue working. You will be charged for the additional time your Doer(s) work at the same hourly rate. After the 2 hour minimum is reached, you are charged by the minute. If your Doers are unable to stay longer, you may instead post an additional job for a later date in order toFew readers
  • How do I update my payment information? Can I have multiple cards on file?
    It's easy as pie to change your card in your account! You can do so through our web app and mobile app. To access our web app, go to our website and click "Post a Job".   • How do I post a job?
    Posting a job with ToDooly is easy and can be done in 3 ways. 1. Post a job through the website To post a job through the ToDooly website, click here. When you post through the website, you will select the category of work you need help with, fill out your contact and payment information, and provide all the necessary details for the job including job length and Doers needed.   • I posted my job, now what?
    Ready, set, now what? From this point forward you will receive email updates about your job. The first email is in your inbox right now, with all your booking confirmation details. If any of your booking information is incorrect, please call us at .   • What if I need a Doer for less than the two hour minimum?
    Let's start here: why do we charge a 2 hour minimum? In order to properly compensate our Doers who may have to drive from neighboring areas, we charge a 2 hour minimum. So, what do you do if you have a task that will take less than 2 hours? We encourage you to group together tasks you need done around the house into one job posting to fill up the 2 hours! For example, if you want ToDooly to help move your patio furniture outside for the summer, you could also have those Doers cleSome readers
  • How much does ToDooly cost?
    We have a standard price for all of our tasks of $30/hr per Doer with a $5 booking fee. Example: Booking 1 Doer for 2 hours comes to a total of $65, that's with the booking fee included.   Have any questions?   • How will I pay for my ToDooly job?
    All payment is handled through ToDooly! When you create an account with ToDooly, we ask for a credit card to keep on file. After your job is complete, the credit card we have on file for you will be charged for the job. The Doers who worked your job will also be paid through the ToDooly system. Please do not pay your Doers in cash. Cash tips, however, are always welcome, but never expected. Have any questions?
