What if I can't make it to a job I accepted?
You should only ever accept jobs which you are certain that you'll be available for. Of course, things come up and schedules change. We understand that. So, as soon as you find out that you won't be available, open the job in the ToDoolie Helper App and tap Cancel. The earlier you cancel the job the quicker it will open up for other Helpers like you! I accepted the job now what?
On the mobile app (available on IOS & Android): You will receive a confirmation email and text message as well as a message in the ToDoolie Helper app. Once a job is accepted (opportunities) it will move into your "time clock" tab and "your jobs" tab, once there please be sure to arrive on time and clock in on the mobile (we can't pay you unless you do)! What happens if something is broken during a job?
Please inform the homeowner of what was broken and let the ToDoolie team know by texting or calling us about the situation. We will take care of it from there
How much money can I make?
ToDoolie Helpers are paid $15/hour + cash tips. All payments are electronic except for tips. Tips are to be cash only and 100% yours to keep. You can make an additional $10 every time a friend you refer works their first job and receives a good review!
Can I reschedule my job?
Yes, you can! Click on the accepted job you want to inquire about rescheduling and contact the client to ask about alternative times/days. There is no guarantee the client will reschedule, if they don't and you can no longer go to the job please immediately cancel the job.** Canceling jobs negatively affects your confidence score, please be sure to only accept jobs that you can 100% do.
Why are there no jobs showing in the app?
To see available jobs you need to set up your payment information first. Have you set-up your payment information and still do not see jobs? This means that all jobs are booked. You will receive notifications each time a new job is posted. Be sure to be quick when you see an available job! Follow these steps: Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the app. Tap on "Balance" (See screenshot below) Complete the steps to set up your payment information. Why is my payment pending?
While we verify the time you clocked in for the work you did your payment will remain pending. Once the times have been verified, your pending payment amount will be available for you to payout instantly from your Stripe account.
Does ToDoolie pay for travel time?
Unfortunately we do not, we do our best to post jobs in areas close to our helpers. However there may be some special circumstances where you may be eligible for reimbursement.

Why can't I transfer funds from my Stripe balance to my bank account?

When you join a waitlist you are expected to be available to go and do the job if a cancellation happens. This means making sure that you are available to go do the job up until the job start time.
Does ToDoolie provide tax forms?
We will issue a 1099-K after you earn $600 and/or 40 hours worked. Students are individually responsible for reporting their respective taxable income and should consult their tax advisor about the information that will be required of them.
How can I change my payment information?
If you need to update your payment information go to "Balance > Manage > Account". There you will be able to update and save your "Payout Details".
I completed the registration process and I still do not see jobs.
That means that all available jobs were accepted by other helpers. Or if your confidence score is low enough you may not have access to all of the jobs on the platform. Please Note If you accept a job and fail to confirm to go and commit a no call/show will get you banned from the platform.
Why is my account deactivated?
You have not gone through our orientation which consists of a phone call and a quiz. You have violated our code of conduct. (e.g. no call/no show, canceling jobs last minute, etc) Lack of activity within your account after a certain time.
